Attorney Gabriel P. Harvis is a partner with the Elefterakis, Elefterakis & Panek law firm in New York, New York, where he co-chairs and manages the firm's civil rights division. Along with practicing before all of New York's state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Fully committed to his practice, Mr. Harvis is a member of the National Police Accountability Project and the Federal Bar Council. He also serves on the New York City Bar Association Committee on Drugs and the Law, as well as the New York City Bar Association Task Force on Mass Incarceration.
