Gary E. Ireland is the founder and principal attorney at Gary E. Ireland Attorney at Law in Bridgehampton, New York. He helps clients throughout New York City with employment law matters, such as:

A member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and the National Employment Lawyers Association, Mr. Ireland graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986. He earned his law degree from the New York Law School in 1991, and the following year, he was licensed to practice in New York. Since then, he has been admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.

Holding a “Superb” rating on Avvo, Mr. Ireland is a thoughtful and tenacious attorney committed to helping clients reach practical solutions. He helps employers in expanding their businesses, averting liabilities and managing employees. He also volunteers at antidiscrimination workshops and conducts webinars for a women’s rights organization, assisting it with employment law-related issues.

He is the recipient of the Footprints in the Sands award from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Moreover, he has been honored by the National Organization for Women - NYC, and the Congresswoman Bella Abzug Leadership Institute.
