Gary R. Klein

Gary R. Klein is a managing partner at Weitz & Luxenberg who primarily handles personal injury and malpractice cases for the residents of New Jersey and New York. Licensed to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, he has almost 36 years of experience under his belt. 

A Quebec native from Canada, Mr. Klein is fluent in French as well as Yiddish, Hungarian and English, further augmenting his ability to serve a diverse clientele. He pursued his legal studies at Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 1988. While at law school, he bolstered his legal foundations and honed his skills as a litigator and negotiator, supporting how Weitz & Luxenberg has consistently been able to secure substantial seven-figure settlements and maintain a successful track record of verdicts. 

An active participant in his legal community, Mr. Klein upholds memberships with myriad prominent organizations, such as the American Association for Justice, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers and the Jewish Lawyers Guild.
