Ian N. Piasecki

Ian N. Mr. Piasecki earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Saint Joseph’s University in 2013 and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University Law School in 2016. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Shortly after law school, Mr. Piasecki clerked for the Honorable Gary D. Wodlinger, J.S.C. (Ret.) in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He then honed his litigation skills in private practice, handling a broad spectrum of matters – from workers’ compensation and personal injury to toxic torts, insurance defense, commercial litigation, real estate disputes and ADA claims. That diverse background gives him a unique insider’s understanding of both plaintiff and defendant strategies, which he leverages to the benefit of his clients.
