Ihsan Dogramaci

Ihsan Dogramaci is a first-chair trial lawyer with broad experience handling jury trials and bench trials in federal and state courts and arbitration hearings under AAA, FINRA, and other rules. Representative cases include disputes over fiduciary duties owed by corporate managers and business partners; claims of unfair competition; the rights of copyright, trademark and trade secret owners; fraudulent transfers; misrepresentations of investment opportunities; and breach of complex commercial contracts. He has represented major Wall Street investment banks, international manufacturers and retailers, software companies, and individual owners of global businesses.
