Jaimee L. Nardiello

Jaimee L. Nardiello is a construction law attorney and partner at Zetlin & De Chiara LLP in New York, New York. Ms. Nardiello handles matters involving construction law, contracts and environmental and energy laws, serving clients in New York City and the surrounding areas. 

Ms. Nardiello has over 16 years of experience handling complex legal disputes and obtaining successful resolutions for her clients. She is an accomplished negotiator and litigator who is familiar with all aspects of the trial process. Over the course of her career, she has been involved in many major construction cases in a diverse range of industries.

A leader within her legal community, Ms. Nardiello sits on the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law Governing Committee and is a former member of the Design Division and Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Construction Lawyers Society of America and sat on the Commercial Real Estate Women of New York executive board, serving as President of that organization.

Acknowledging her achievements, Engineering News-Record included Ms. Nardiello on its “Top 20 Under 40” list. Best Lawyers, Crain’s New York Business, the Mann Charitable Foundation, Real Estate Weekly magazine and the Women Builders Council have also presented her with honors and awards over the years.

Ms. Nardiello received a bachelor’s degree from Marist College and earned her law degree from New York Law School. She holds licenses to practice law before the state courts of New York and New Jersey, the U.S. district courts for the southern and eastern districts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
