Jeffrey H. Zaiger

Attorney Jeffrey H. Zaiger is a Partner at Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe LLC.  Jeff is a seasoned litigator who has prosecuted and defended a broad range of high-stakes business cases on behalf of prominent corporations, private equity clients, institutional clients, law firms, and individuals.  Before founding his own firm in spring, 2019, Jeff was a Partner at the prominent litigation boutique Joseph Hage Aaronson LLC.  Jeff’s practice focuses on litigating complex commercial disputes throughout the United States on claims such as:

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2002 from Lafayette College and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from Boston University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.  Jeff is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Fifth and Ninth Circuits, and numerous United States District Courts. 

Over the course of his legal career, Jeff has proved his legal abilities, repeatedly, in major cases.  Among the many cases he has litigated are the defense of a national law firm in a $720 million RICO class action, and the defense of a global insurance provider in a derivative action seeking recovery in excess of $1 billion.  Additionally, Jeff’s prosecution on behalf of various  clients has, to date, resulted in recoveries of hundreds of millions of dollars. With success in such major cases, Jeff has cemented his place among New York’s leading attorneys.

In addition to Jeff’s work in the courtroom, he is also a valued member of the legal community. He is a member of the Federal Bar Council, the New York City Bar Association, and New York County Lawyers’ Association.  Jeff actively participates on several of these associations’ committees.
