John F. Lang

A consummate professional, Mr. John F. Lang has been advocating for the rights of his clients for half a century. As a principal attorney at the Law Offices of John F. Lang, PLLC, in New York, New York, he assists his clients with trust and estate litigation, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, will contests, commercial litigation, white collar crime defense, advocacy before government agencies, internal investigations and tax litigation.

After earning his B.A. from The City College of New York in 1964, Mr. Lang obtained his Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law in 1967. He is a published author of many articles and has written extensively on estate and trust law. He also actively participates at various continuing legal education seminars and conferences across New York.

First admitted to practice in New York in 1970, Mr. Lang is also qualified to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. Tax Court, the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 5th Circuits and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
