Jorge Rodriguez

 An attorney at the Rodriguez Law Firm, PLLC, Jorge Rodriguez practices tax law in New York statewide, as well as in Washington, D.C. His legal acumen encompasses litigation related to federal and state and local (SALT) taxation, constitutional law, audit defense, and effectively resolving complex tax matters. Additionally, he is adept in international taxation issues including tax treaty matters.

Admitted to practice in the state of New York and the District of Columbia, Mr. Rodriguez is also admitted to practice before several federal courts. These include the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 9th Circuits, U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Rodriguez graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts degree before he attended law school. He earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, followed by a Master of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law. His academic excellence has recognized through various awards and honors, including membership in the Golden Key International Honor Society and receiving the John H. Berman Memorial Law Award.
