Joseph LoPiccolo

Joseph LoPiccolo is a shareholder and co-founder of Poulos LoPiccolo PC located in New York, New York. With nearly two decades of legal experience, he provides representation for clients in intricate litigation cases involving real estate disputes, employment law matters, class actions and personal injury cases across both state and federal courts.

Mr. LoPiccolo's career has been marked by extensive work on some of the most significant and complicated litigation in history. His skill and knowledge have been sought after by those involved in these cases, due to his ability to navigate the complexities of the legal system. His contributions have been pivotal in achieving successful outcomes in high-profile class actions, defending large pharmaceutical companies, general construction contractors, trustees, motor vehicle manufacturers and others.

At Towson University, Maryland, Mr. LoPiccolo completed his Bachelor of Science degree (2000), magna cum laude, concentrating on sports management and business administration. Three years later, he graduated cum laude with a doctorate in law from St. John's University School of Law, where he was a part of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He is licensed to practice in New York (2004), New Jersey (2013), the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. LoPiccolo is a member of the New York County Lawyers' Association (NYCLA), the Nassau County Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Denis McInerney NYCLA American Inn of Court. He also volunteers with Make-A-Wish Foundation, a nonprofit for children with critical illnesses.
