Joseph Myers is an employment litigation attorney at Phillips & Associates in New York, New York. While attending law school, he served as an intern with the U.S. General Services Administration Office of Inspector General and the U.S. Court of Claims, now the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Practicing law for several years, Mr. Myers served as an associate and senior associate for an employment law firm and handled extended, complex arbitration issues before joining Phillips & Associates.
