Attorney Joseph Tacopina is senior partner with the Tacopina, Seigel & DeOreo law firm in New York, New York, and he serves as the firm's lead trial counsel. He holds his license to practice in Connecticut and New York, and he is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in New York as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and Connecticut.

He is also active in other legal organizations, and he has served on the faculty at Harvard Law School.
