Judith A. Livingston

Judith A. Livingston is an attorney and senior partner at Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore in New York, New York. Ms. Livingston devotes her practice to medical malpractice and personal injury, representing clients throughout all five New York City boroughs as well as in the Long Island, Westchester and Rockland County regions. She is experienced in handling matters involving birth injuries, brain injuries, construction accidents, wrongful death and more. Ms. Livingston has significant litigation experience and has settled and tried numerous million and multimillion-dollar cases.

Ms. Livingston graduated from Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s degree and earned her law degree from Hofstra University Maurice A. Dean School of Law. Hofstra University also awarded her an honorary Doctor of Laws degree in 1998, a distinction she also received from Fordham University School of Law in 2015.

Throughout her career, Ms. Livingston has been featured in publications, including Best Lawyers magazine, New York magazine and the National Law Journal. She is also a member, and in 2022 was inducted as President, of the Inner Circle of Advocates, an invite-only organization featuring a limited roster of the top 100 trial attorneys in the United States. 

Outside of her law practice, Ms. Livingston is a member of the board of directors for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and a fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. She has lectured at conferences and seminars and is a member of several professional organizations, including the New York City Bar Association, the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice and the International Society of Barristers.
