Julie A. Levine

Julie A. Levine is an associate attorney at the law firm of Zetlin & De Chiara LLP in New York City, New York. She represents clients in civil litigation and real estate matters. Her clients include project and construction managers, lenders, borrowers, residential and commercial developers, and property owners. 

Ms. Levine has immense experience working on cases involving breach of contract, construction defects and delay, title disputes, mechanic’s liens and condominium board disputes. She uses her experience and skill to provide effective and cost-efficient legal services for her clients.

Ms. Levine has a bachelor’s degree with a major in political science and a minor in history from Indiana University Bloomington. She went on to pursue law and earned her doctorate in jurisprudence from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. 

While in law school, Ms. Levine served as a noted editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, she has taken on cases before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, the Appellate Division First and Second Departments, and the American Arbitration Association.
