Attorney Justin T. Green is a partner with Kreindler & Kreindler LLP law firm, which has office locations in New York, New York, Boston, Massachusetts, and Los Angeles, California. A nationally ranked trial lawyer, Mr. Green has more than 25 years of total legal experience, and he works primarily out of the firm's New York City law office, where he represents clients throughout the state as well as across New Jersey and Pennsylvania who have suffered an injury or lost a loved one due to an aviation accident.

A leader in aviation law, Mr. Green currently serves as co-chair of the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee for the Boeing 737 MAX 8 lawsuit. He has also served as counsel in many other aviation-related accidents, including Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302, Asiana Flight 214, Turkish Airlines Flight 1951, Continental Connection Flight 3407 and Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. He has also represented victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and he has gained a reputation for his fierce advocacy for those he serves.

Moreover, Mr. Green has served as president of the International Air & Transportation Safety Bar Association, and he is the current vice-chair of the American Bar Association’s Torts and Insurance Practice’s Aviation Section. He has also served as chair of the American Association for Justice's Aviation Section as well as its Veterans and Military Services Committee, and he has written extensively and conducted lectures and continuing legal education seminar across the country on a variety of topics related to his practice areas.

Mr. Green has also served on a number of committees with various local, state and national legal organizations devoted to aviation law. A 1984 graduate of Union College, Mr. Green obtained his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in New York City in 1995. He holds his license to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
