Karen (Zhenkun) Liu

Karen (Zhenkun) Liu is the Head of Corporate & Fund Formation practice at Reid & Wise LLC located in New York City, New York. Her practice focuses on business formation, private fund formation, corporate transactions, alternative investments, and investment management. Karen advises:

• established companies and startup founders on business formation, debt and equity financing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and inbound and outbound investments;
• onshore and offshore venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, EB-5 funds, real estate funds, and hybrid funds on fund formation and ongoing operational and compliance issues;

After years of legal experience in Beijing with a Hong Kong-headquartered global IP firm and a DC-headquartered international law firm, Karen relocated to the U.S. and has since worked at three New York-based law firms.
