Karine K. Wang

Karine K. Wang is a managing attorney and partner at Jun Wang & Associates, P.C., in New York, New York. As the head of the firm's general practice, she brings a laser-like focus to business/corporate matters. Additionally, she handles immigration law, international law, land use and zoning, and estate planning and probate cases.

Ms. Wang offers guidance to startup companies on corporate governance, compliance and other legal matters relevant to their business operations. During law school, she gained valuable experience serving as a student attorney at Pace Immigration Justice Clinic and as a judicial intern at Westchester County Surrogate's Court. Having been admitted to practice law in New York in 2011, she subsequently gained admission to the bar in the District of Columbia, Texas, and New Jersey.
