As a partner at Kaufmann Gildin & Robbins LLP, Kevin M. Shelley has represented franchise and commercial clients nationwide. He focuses his practice on handling cases that involve the following matters: breach of contract, franchise fraud, litigation, franchise termination, securities fraud, employment law and unfair competition.
After earning two undergraduate degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Shelley received a law degree from Villanova University School of Law. During his time there, he served as editor of the school’s law review.
