He also serves on the Board of a 501(c) (3) designated charity as President and CEO. Those charitable causes include charities supporting children with special needs and their families. During the holiday season, Mr Lambrou and his firm participate in toy drives and food Drives. This past November, Mr Lambrou and his team of professionals handed out over 150 turkeys to the people of Brooklyn, New York.

  • Stylianou v. Calabrese.$570,000.00 Verdict, Auto Accident, as seen in the New York Jury Verdict Reporter, Stylianou v. Calabrese et. al., Supreme Queens, J. Golia. After a lengthy trial, a Queens County jury, returned a verdict in favor of Mr. Lambrou’s client in the amount of $570,000.00 for injuries arising out of a motor vehicle accident. During the course of the trial the defendant, called numerous medical witnesses to testify that the plaintiff’s shoulder injury and resulting surgery were not caused by the subject accident. With only one medical witness, the plaintiff’s treating Orthopedic Surgeon, Mr. Lambrou was able to persuade the jury otherwise and the jury awarded $570,000.00 to the plaintiff. The applicable insurance policy had a $100,000.00 limit and after the appeal was lost, the defendant’s insurance carrier settled the matter for several multiples of the policy limits fearing a bad faith litigation
  • $3,866,000.00 Recovery in an infant birth trauma case in Kings County Supreme Court. The settlement negotiated included a payout of $7,000,000.00 to an infant that was brain damaged at and around birth by the malpractice of an OB/GYN. This matter resolved just prior to jury selection., 2016
  • $1,125,000.00 Recovery in a scaffolding accident case in Supreme Court Queens County. After selecting a jury and starting a trial, the defendant’s folded and settled the case involving an injured worker. After jury selection and 2 days of trial, this matter resolved for $1,125,000.00, before Justice Ritholtz, Supreme Court Queens County.
  • $1,000,000.00 Verdict, A Wrongful Death Medical Malpractice New York Jury Verdict Reporter, Sergi v. Tankel et. al. Supreme Kings, J. Hall.  At the time of this outcome Mr. Lambrou was only practicing law for 3 years was only 28 years old.  This case included the testimony of 5 medical experts and lasted nearly three weeks.
  • $850,000.00 verdict- Dragonetti/Cicolello v. Peloro. After nearly two weeks of a hard fought trial before Justice Lawrence Knipel, that included the testimony of 8 experts, in a case that was turned down by several other attorneys, Mr. Lambrou persuaded a Kings County jury that the medical malpractice of two Internal Medicine doctors was a substantial factor in the death of a 57 year old morbidly obese smoker of 40 years from lung cancer for their failure to suspect and diagnose her cancer earlier. The jury was persuaded to also award the family $850,000.00, which, with interest, approached $1,000,000.00. After the verdict the matter settled.
