Lee A. Koch

Lee A. Koch is the managing partner at Koch Law, PLLC, based in New York City, New York, where he focuses on criminal and immigration law. Before embarking on his legal career, he served in the United States Air Force, where he was a signals intelligence and network reconstruction analyst. His role involved safeguarding sensitive military intelligence and implementing advanced cybersecurity measures against global threats. After his military service, Mr. Koch attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in humanities and justice studies, and minors in history, literature and philosophy. He volunteered with the Safe Passage Project, representing undocumented juvenile immigrants and refugees, and was recognized with the Pro Bono Service Award by New York Law School.

Mr. Koch is an active member of several legal associations, including the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
