An entertainment and sports attorney at Romano Law PLLC in New York, Marc D. Ostrow serves as a senior counsel at the firm. Upon being admitted to practice law in New York in 1990, Mr. Ostrow started his legal practice in a renowned organization in the state where he served as a senior attorney for half a decade. With Mr. Ostrow’s strategic planning and immense knowledge of the industry, he was able to increase profitability and make operations more efficient for the New York office of a London-based musical publisher. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled legal matters for his clients such as copyright, intellectual and contractual issues, business issues, and legal issues involving acquisitions, asset sales and dispute resolution.Â
Mr. Ostrow has been serving as an adjunct professor at a leading law school known for its music law curriculum for the past five years. He also has a video presentation on introduction to music law, which is available for earning credits through Lawline’s Continuing Legal Education classes.
