He is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. Additionally, Mr. Fernich is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and Vermont; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 11th and D.C. Circuits; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
