Marie Louise Priolo

Marie Louise Priolo is a partner at EEP Law in New York, New York, where she is known for her sharp litigation skills, strong courtroom presence and dedication to the people she represents. Ms. Priolo earned her Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from New York Law School, graduating at the very top of her class. While pursuing her legal studies, she concentrated on courses that emphasized advocacy and trial preparation, developing the foundation for the work she performs today. She also served on the editorial staff of the New York Law School Law Review, where she refined her writing and analytical abilities. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate studies at Wagner College, also graduating summa cum laude.

Ms. Priolo’s professional path began at the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted a wide range of criminal matters. This early role provided invaluable courtroom experience and sharpened her ability to think quickly, manage large caseloads and deliver results under pressure. She later joined a prominent defense firm, representing hospitals and health care providers in high-stakes medical malpractice litigation. This work deepened her understanding of complex civil litigation and strengthened her ability to navigate cases involving technical and expert-driven issues.

Admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey, Ms. Priolo combines her prosecutorial background with her civil defense experience to provide clients with thorough, strategic representation.
