Max C. Bracero

Max C. Bracero practices law in New York and serves at the law firm Phillips & Associates | Sexual Harassment, Discrimination & Employment Lawyers, which has offices across various states of Florida, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice in the regions of New York City, Westchester County and Long Island, in New York. He is experienced in handling the multiple facets of employment discrimination litigation.

Within just two years of being licensed to represent people, Mr. Bracero has managed to make a name for himself in the field. He is committed to standing on behalf of those who have been wronged by their employers and not given the respect and benefits they are entitled to. After considering the viability of the lawsuit, he collects the relevant data and evidence to put up a vehement fight against the injustices in the workplace that stems from prejudice. 

Mr. Bracero graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in history in 2015. While there, he was named to the Dean’s List and was inducted into the Chi Alpha Epsilon National Honor Society. He completed his legal education in 2019 at the Temple University Beasley School of Law, Pennsylvania, where he was an integral part of the National Lawyers Guild Committee and the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and contributed to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. 

Varied in his experience, Mr. Bracero brings innovative perspectives to every case he touches and has been an asset to every firm that he has worked with. He was a legal researcher at a media organization and has served as a proofreader for the American Intellectual Property Law Association. In addition, he was a judicial intern at the United States District Court of New Jersey and also for the Honorable Judge Allyson Jozwik. He also joined the New York City Law Department and worked as a paralegal for a brief period.
