Maxine F. Donskoi

A partner at Fersch LLC, Maxine F. Donskoi oversees matters pertaining exclusively to matrimonial and family law since being licensed by the New York State Bar Association. For over a decade, she has been assisting people in the New York metropolitan area in navigating the legal system as they deal with emotionally intense issues. She represents clients in federal and state courts across the five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx, helping them with various issues such as:

Upon graduating from Brooklyn Law School with a Juris Doctor, Ms. Donskoi is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as in the state courts of New Jersey and New York. She is also an associate of the Women’s Bar Association & Foundation and the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

In 2016, the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys awarded Ms. Donskoi its Client Satisfaction Award, a distinction honored to less than 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
