Michael A. Taub

The founding partner of The Law Offices Of Omrani & Taub, P.C., Michael A. Taub focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. From the firm's offices in midtown Manhattan, he represents clients throughout the greater New York City metropolitan area, including Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk counties. Admitted to practice before all New York state courts since 1998, Mr. Taub is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.

Mr. Taub's client base consists of area residents who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. The types of matters that he has handled during his career have arisen out of incidents involving truck and other motor vehicle crashes, medical malpractice, premises liability, bus accidents, and auto-pedestrian knockdowns. Mr. Taub has been able to obtain millions of dollars in compensation for his plaintiff clients, both through jury verdicts and through settlements that he has negotiated out of court with defendants and their insurers. These successes have led to his becoming a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, both of which are invitation-only organizations. Mr. Taub has received other recognition from his fellow professionals as well, including a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo.

Mr. Taub is a member of several legal organizations, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice. A graduate of Binghamton University, part of the State University of New York, he obtained his legal education at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
