Michael V. Cibella

As owner of the Law Offices of Michael V. Cibella, LLC, Mr. Cibella is committed to representing clients throughout New York, New York, and the surrounding area. In 1993, Mr. Cibella received a Bachelor of Science from the University at Albany, State University of New York, graduating cum laude. He went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1996.

Mr. Cibella has more than 18 years of experience representing a variety of clients, including students, corporate executives, city employees, sports figures and international corporations. He uses his prior experience as a senior prosecutor with the Kings County District Attorney's Office to negotiate on behalf of his clients. Mr. Cibella's successes include hundreds of cases that have ended with non-jail dispositions, no criminal findings or dismissal of charges.

Licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, Mr. Cibella is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is a member of several legal organizations, including the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Defenders Association and The New York Criminal Bar Association.
