Michele Cea

Michele Cea is the principal and founding member of Cea Legal P.C. From the firm's offices in New York, New York, he offers legal representations to clients throughout Manhattan, The Bronx and Brooklyn. He represents foreign nationals and international companies conducting business within the United States. He possesses a wealth of experience in handling various legal matters involving:

Mr. Cea earned his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University School of Law in Milan, Italy, in 2009. Additionally, he obtained a Master of Laws cum laude at Fordham University School of Law in New York in 2011. Prior to acquiring his LL.M degree, he worked at a prominent Italian boutique corporate law firm, concentrating on handling shareholder agreements and various business transactions. 

After relocating to New York, Mr. Cea served as a foreign attorney at a distinguished white collar law firm, where he dealt with complex matters related to financial fraud, securities regulation and corporate compliance. Subsequently, he joined the New York office of an international law firm as an associate, representing European clients operating in the United States. 

Licensed to practice law in both New York (2013) and Italy (2012), Mr. Cea established his own law firm in 2014. He remains actively involved in the legal community and holds memberships in prestigious organizations such as the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
