Monica Hincken

Monica Hincken is Of Counsel at Wigdor. Prior to joining Wigdor, Monica practiced at a boutique employment law firm on Long Island for almost ten years. Monica’s trial verdicts and confidential settlements total tens of millions of dollars.  She has represented clients in high-profile sexual harassment, sexual assault, and employment discrimination matters. She was part of a trial team that represented a plaintiff in a pay discrimination lawsuit against a large hotel chain which resulted in a $25.1 million verdict for the plaintiff.
