Nicole Hanna

Working at Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf in New York, Nicole Hanna focuses her practice on fervently advocating for individuals who have suffered harm due to the negligence and misconduct of others. She represents clients across New York City in matters of personal injury involving accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and wrongful death. Her unwavering dedication to achieving justice for her clients stems from her passion for the field.

Upon completion of her undergraduate studies in psychology from St. John’s University, Ms. Hanna proceeded to earn a master’s degree with a concentration in criminology. Later, she pursued her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, during which she interned with the Queens District Attorney’s Office in the Domestic Violence Bureau. She secured her first trial victory during this internship, opening doors for more in the future. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2021 and in the following year gained her license to practice in New York.

On admission to the bar, Ms. Hanna began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan. She prosecuted several felonies in narcotics and gun trafficking cases while working with the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor. This experience exposed her to the courtroom proceedings and sharpened her investigative and litigation skills. Today, her commitment to justice drives her relentless pursuit of favorable outcomes for clients facing personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Ms. Hanna approaches each case with tenacity and legal acumen rooted in trial experience. Leveraging her extensive experience as a prosecutor, she meticulously examines each case, demonstrating profound insight into intricate investigations and an unwavering dedication to achieving justice for every client she represents. As a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association, she stays active in the legal community.
