Noah H. Kushlefsky

Attorney Noah H. Kushlefsky is the managing partner of Kreindler & Kreindler LLP law firm, which has law offices in New York, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; and Los Angeles, California. Working primarily out of the firm's New York City location, Mr. Kushlefsky has more than 34 years of experience, and he provides unmatched advocacy and support to clients throughout New York and New Jersey who have legal needs involving any of the following:

• Wrongful death and serious personal injury

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Kushlefsky has established himself as a leader in his field, and he has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for 9/11 terrorist attack victims as well as many families who lost loved ones in international and domestic airline crashes. He has secured awards of $11 million and $7 million for the victims of commercial airline accidents, and he obtained a jury verdict of more than $8.75 million in a product liability case against a major automobile manufacturer.

Mr. Kushlefsky serves on the board of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association as well as editor of "The New York Law of Torts," and he lobbies for positive changes in the state's wrongful death law. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, the New York State and New York County bar associations, and the American Association for Justice, among his other professional affiliations. He has also conducted many lectures and served as panelist for various forums involving aviation law and 9/11-reated litigation.

Mr. Kushlefsky received both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Boston University in 1983, and he obtained his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1986, where he served as member of the George Washington University Law Review. 

He is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the District of Colorado. He also practices before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
