Attorney Noah H. Kushlefsky is the managing partner of Kreindler & Kreindler LLP law firm, which has law offices in New York, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; and Los Angeles, California. He has secured awards of $11 million and $7 million for the victims of commercial airline accidents, and he obtained a jury verdict of more than $8.75 million in a product liability case against a major automobile manufacturer.

Mr. Kushlefsky serves on the board of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association as well as editor of "The New York Law of Torts," and he lobbies for positive changes in the state's wrongful death law. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, the New York State and New York County bar associations, and the American Association for Justice, among his other professional affiliations. He has also conducted many lectures and served as panelist for various forums involving aviation law and 9/11-reated litigation.
