Attorney Norman S. Heller is a partner in the matrimonial practice group of Blank Rome LLP in New York, New York. Mr. Heller also serves as administrative partner of the firm. His practice is devoted to all aspects of family law, including divorce, child support, custody, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, separation agreements, spousal support and more.
In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Heller is a seasoned negotiator and has served as a mediator for many high-profile clients. He has authored several articles on matrimonial and family law issues that have appeared in publications such as Family Business magazine, the Asset Protection Law Journal and the New York Law Journal. As a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, he has given presentations for groups of attorneys and other business professionals.
Mr. Heller has been admitted to practice law since 1978. He is licensed in New York and Connecticut, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
A graduate of Haverford College, Mr. Heller went on to earn his law degree from Boston University School of Law. He is active involved in the legal community and is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers’ Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
