Pasquale Vincent Vairo

Since joining Godosky & Gentile, P.C., in New York City, New York, in 2002, Pasquale Vincent Vairo has distinguished himself as a tenacious trial attorney committed to securing just compensation for victims of negligence. Before joining the firm, he honed his advocacy skills as an assistant district attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting complex criminal matters and mastering courtroom strategy.

• $10.5 million for a woman with a hypoxic brain injury caused by a delayed kidney infection diagnosis

A 1987 graduate of Villanova University, Mr. Vairo earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1992. He is admitted to practice in New York (1992), Connecticut (1993) and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (1997).
