Patricia Ann Grant

Anchoring her practice in New York, Patricia Ann Grant serves as a partner with the law firm of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP. With an experience of over three decades, she focuses her practice on matrimonial and family law, including various matters of divorce, custody mediation and litigation, as well as pre- and postnuptial agreements. 

With a legal career spanning since 1986, Ms. Grant has adeptly handled cases in family, Supreme and appellate courts. In addition to her litigation work, she is a trained mediator and collaborative law practitioner, offering a comprehensive approach to family law matters.

Ms. Grant’s legal practice encompasses mediation and litigation, alongside crafting various agreements and documents pertaining to the same. Her contributions to the legal community include presentations at prestigious organizations such as the American Psychoanalytic Association, the American College of Forensic Psychiatry and Psychology, the New York County Lawyers’ Association and the New York City Bar Association. Furthermore, she has co-authored a chapter in "A Handbook of Divorce and Custody: Forensic, Developmental and Clinical Perspectives," showcasing her deep understanding of the field.

In her role on the Supreme Court Neutral Evaluation Panel, Ms. Grant serves as a neutral evaluator, collaborating with litigants and their counsel to resolve specific issues referred by a Supreme Court Judge. Her commitment to facilitating fair outcomes highlights her dedication to her clients and the legal process.

Ms. Grant’s professional memberships include the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association and the New York Women’s Bar Association, where she serves on the advisory board and has held the position of past-resident.
