Philip A. Greenberg is the founder of his eponymous law firm, Philip A. Greenberg, P.C., Attorneys at Law. He is a family law attorney representing clients in and around New York and New Jersey from his office location in New York City, New York. His practice area mainly focuses on:

A cum laude graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brooklyn College, Mr. Greenberg got his law degree from the New York University School of Law. While in law school, he was a part of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, and he was a semifinalist at Moot Court. He was first admitted to practice in New York in 1974. Since then, he has been allowed to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Known for his high ethical standards and vast legal experience spanning over 40 years, Mr. Greenberg has been awarded an AV* Preeminent peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He strives to make a positive impact on the lives of his clients who are suffering emotional and financial duress while dealing with a family law matter. He has won many verdicts and settlements due to his sense of unwavering justice and zealous representation of his clients both within and outside the courtroom. Mr. Greenberg is a part of many legal associations such as the New York City Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is also involved in community services. He serves as the trustee and officer of the Congregation Emunath Israel, and he was the past master of the Freemasons Masonic Lodge. He also regularly lectures at the National Business Institute.
