Phillip Kim

His track record includes leading or co-leading numerous other substantial recoveries: $48 million for Infinity Q Diversified Alpha Fund; $15.3 million for USA Technologies, Inc.; $13.7 million for Astec Industries; $13.25 million for Blue Apron Holdings, Inc.; $11 million for The RealReal, Inc.; among others. In addition to these victories, he has achieved significant outcomes in shareholder derivative litigation such as the recent $12.5 million cash settlement for SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc., along with instigating crucial corporate reforms.

Mr. Kim's journey began with a B.A. in economics from Johns Hopkins University in 1999, followed by a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2002. Licensed to practice in New York since 2003, he has been admitted to United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 6th and 9th Circuits.

Before his time at The Rosen Law Firm, Mr. Kim honed his skills as assistant corporation counsel for the City of New York, where he tackled class action defenses and individual litigation cases.
