Radu C. Vasilescu

At The Vasilescu Law Firm PLLC, Radu C. Vasilescu represents clients from across the world in navigating the complex United States' immigration system.  He has an extensive background in all types of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and has managed thousands of applications. Prior to establishing The Vasilescu Law Firm, Mr. Vasilescu worked at a nationally recognized firm, representing small and large institutions such as hospitals, universities, tech companies and financial services companies as they worked to hire and retain top talent from around the world.

Admitted to practice in the state of New York, Mr. Vasilescu has more than a decade of experience working with employers and individual clients. He earned a bachelor's degree from New York University, and earned his juris doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He has been named to Super Lawyers' rising star list for multiple years, a list less than 2.5% of lawyers in New York are named to. 

As the son of two physicians who immigrated from Romania, Mr. Vasilescu has personal experience with the immigration system, giving him empathy, understanding and compassion for families who are trying to stay together and businesses that want to hire and retain the best talent.  Each case is different, and Mr. Vasilescu works to develop a customized plan for each client to help ensure success in the respective case.
