Reyna Lubin is a zealous advocate for equality. She is the partner and director of the employment discrimination department at Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, a firm located in New York City. Over her career, she has successfully litigated a wide range of workplace discrimination matters including, racial and disability discrimination, and sexual harassment and sexual abuse. She continuously advocates for the rights of hundreds of individuals throughout the nation’s state and federal courts. Ms. Lubin's recent success involves securing numerous substantial six-figure settlements for clients who have been subjected to unlawful discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination at the hands of their employers. Last fall, she won a federal jury trial in a case that helped expand the availability of financial compensation to plaintiffs that have been discriminated against on the basis of their disability.
Ms. Lubin is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Sixth Circuits.
Ms. Lubin earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 2013 where she was a Division I athlete on the Women’s Soccer Team. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2016 from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

- Kennedy v. Nat’l Career Fairs, No. 1:18-CV-4655-RWS, 2020 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 256452, at *1 (N.D. Ga. July 22, 2020)- won a bench trial on behalf of a deaf individual who was wrongfully discriminated against by a national career fair. Plaintiff Alexis Kennedy is a deaf individual who communicates primarily through American Sign Language. She wanted to attend one of the job fairs put on by Defendant National Career Fairs. She contacted NCF and requested that the company provide an interpreter at the fair so she could communicate with potential employers. NCF told her it would not. , 2020
- Tomei v. Parkwest Med. Ctr., 24 F.4th 508 (6th Cir. 2022) – Secured a victory for discrimination plaintiffs in the Sixth Circuit despite a then-majority view held by district courts.
