He gained his J.D. in 1968 and, in the same year, earned his license to practice law in New York. Furthermore, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 9th Circuits. His professional prowess has brought him various recognitions, including being listed in Best Lawyers in America and Who’s Who in America, for which he was recently chosen to receive the lifetime achievement award.

Mr. Rosen is a recipient of the Global Award of Franchise Law, which stands as a testament to his commitment to franchise law.
