Richard Paul Stone

Richard Paul Stone is the owner of the law firm Stone Counsel, which is located in New York City, New York. Focusing his practice on business litigation and appeals, he has been licensed to practice in New York since 1988, with over 33 years of legal experience. 

Well-known for the unique perspective he brings to the table in each case, he is a professional and dedicated attorney with an eye for detail. With a Bachelor of Music degree from the San José State University, Mr. Stone has a Master of Music degree from Boston University. He pursued law and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. 

Mr. Stone is admitted to practice in the state of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
