Richard Soldano

Richard Soldano is an associate at Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf and represents clients who have been injured by others as a personal injury attorney. His clients come from both New York and New Jersey and include those with cases in premises liability, products liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice. Throughout all stages of litigation, he tirelessly advocates for his clients to receive fair compensation to account for the changes to their lives that come because of an injury.

In 2011, Mr. Soldano graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) at Farmingdale with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then attended law school at Brooklyn Law School and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2018. Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York, he is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Mr. Soldano is a member of the Civil Rights Committee within the Federal Bar Council, the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Before joining the firm to practice personal injury law, he assisted immigrants in the community in New York City as they learned English. He also worked with Goodwill Industries International in Brooklyn, where he helped those who were unemployed find meaningful jobs.

After law school, Mr. Soldano also worked with a criminal defense law firm and gained experience and knowledge in how personal injury matters are litigated by defense attorneys. This experience is vital to his success as he devotes his energy, time, drive and knowledge to help those who are most in need.
