Mr. Landy is licensed to practice in New York state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In addition to litigation, defense, appeals and negotiations, Mr. Landy handles alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.

A native New Yorker, Mr. Landy obtained his Bachelor of Arts in political science at the University of Wisconsin and then served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Kyrgyzstan before returning home to earn his law degree from the New York University School of Law. He graduated from law school with the honors of Order of the Coif and magna cum laude.

As a member of the New York State Bar Association, Mr. Landy belongs to the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section and serves on the Commercial Division Committee.
