Mr. Rabinovich focuses his practice on issues involving insurance coverage claims on behalf of policyholders; defense of general liability claims against business and property owners, contractors and insurance industry professionals. Mr. Rabinovich represents co-op and condominium boards, as well as individual owners/shareholders in both first-party (claims against their insurance carriers), and third-party (claims against tortfeasors) actions. Additionally, Mr. Rabinovich represents clients in matters involving disability and ERISA claims, as well as victims of motor vehicle accidents, trip and fall, and construction site accidents.  
         
Mr. Rabinovich has spoken at town-hall meetings both in New York and New Jersey regarding Superstorm Sandy and has appeared on behalf of the NY Public Adjusters Association at several NY Assembly Roundtable meetings to address specific insurance issues in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy.  

       Mr. Rabinovich received his B.B.A. from Baruch College, magna cum laude, and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was the recipient of the prestigious CALI award for Excellence in Legal Writing.  Mr. Rabinovich served as a junior law clerk to the Honorable David Trager of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  He is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal trial courts of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the New York State Bar Association.

Verdicts/Settlements (Case Results):
  • Over $500,000 recovered for victims of the 330 Lenox Road building fire. Settlement reached with landlord and managing agent after the Kings County court agreed with our argument that they had delegated a nondelegable duty to the roofer who ultimately started the fire, 2015
  • Obtained summary judgment on liability on behalf of our client in a case of first impression. During dispositive motion practice, the trial court agreed with our argument that "[b]y imposing absolute liability on those parties whose excavation work results in damages to the neighboring land, section 3309.4 places the burden of protecting those with a property interest therein on those who choose to undertake the risks associated with excavation work in the City of New York, by requiring the latter to respond in damages for any harm which may result to structures or walls on the adjoining property", 2015
  • Plaintiff's verdict received for a claim of property damage as a result of neighbor's negligent construction activities.
