From the time he started The Law Offices of Ronald Francis in 1995, Mr. Francis has dedicated himself to giving people personal attention and the benefit of his many years of experience. He represents clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, as well as Nassau and Westchester Counties.
Throughout his attendance at the State University of New York, Mr. Francis was on the Dean’s List four years in a row, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science. He then went to the University at Buffalo School of Law where he served as the note and comment editor for the Buffalo Law Review. In 1998, Mr. Francis earned a Juris Doctor, again graduating with honors.
Knowledgeable in all matters of construction law, Mr. Francis appears as an expert witness, and provides consultations to other law firms and attorneys in the area. His experience includes contractor disputes, work stoppages, payment discrepancies, contested back charges, mechanic’s liens, license and access agreements, and insurance coverage. Within the construction industry, contracts play an important role; Mr. Francis handles every aspect, from the drafting of an agreement to the review, enforcement and dispute resolution.
In 2018, in addition to maintaining his own law practice, Mr. Francis started serving as an Arbitrator on the Construction Law Panel, Large and Complex Cases Panel, and the Consumer Panel of the American Arbitration Association.
