Ryan Elizabeth Todd

With over a decade of experience practicing law, Ryan Elizabeth Todd fights tooth and nail to give her clients every opportunity to overcome their contentious immigration challenges and fully realize the scope of their American dreams. At the Milstein Law Group in New York City, New York, she is well-equipped in helping clients with family-based immigration petitions and visas, as well as assisting them in applying for naturalization, among many others.

Ms. Todd completed her undergraduate studies in 2009, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and art history from Providence College. She went on to attend New York Law School, and during her time there, she was closely involved with the Center for International Law and co-founded the Transitional Justice Network. She received her Juris Doctor in 2013, and in the very next year, she obtained her license to practice law in New York state.

With an eclectic clientele list, Ms. Todd aptly adjusts to any environment where her clients are, including in the entertainment, journalism, music, visual design, culinary and modeling industries, among many others. Within her legal community, Ms. Todd is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey. In addition, she is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. With a passion for helping those in need, she volunteers with the Safe Passage Project, a holdover from her time in law school, where she helps unaccompanied minors seek asylum or Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in immigration courts.
