Sabra R. Sasson

Sabra Sasson is the founding attorney of Sabra Law Group, PLLC. She primarily assists the residents of New York City, New York, with their family law issues, including, but not limited to, prenuptial agreements, marital divorce, custody, mediation, paternity and child support. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Connecticut, New Jersey and New York, and has been practicing since 1998. Moreover, she is featured in published books, “Success from the Heart: 35 True Stories of Authentic Transformation” and “Onward & Upward: Guide for Getting Through New York Divorce & Family Law Issues.”

Ms. Sasson earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Brandeis University in 1995. She completed her legal studies at Hofstra University – Maurice A. Deane School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 1998. In addition to bolstering her foundations and honing her legal skills as a litigator, she has spent significant time augmenting her mediation skills after law school. As evidenced by her “Excellent” rating on Avvo and Client’s Choice Award Badge (2015, 2018 and 2022), she is well-appreciated by her clients and fellow attorneys for her tenacious work ethic and compassionate outlook. 

An engaging member of the New York legal community, Ms. Sasson maintains memberships with many esteemed organizations, such as the NYS Dispute Resolution Association, the Academy of Professional Family Mediators, the Association of Conflict Resolution – Greater New York Chapter and the New York City Bar Association.
