Focusing his practice on employment and labor law, Mr. Simpson generally handles employment litigation cases involving issues, including wage and hour disputes, sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination. He also represents people in criminal matters.

In 2004, Mr. Simpson earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Haverford College, graduating with honors. He went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008. During law school, Mr. Simpson was a contributing editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform, and he was a Dean’s Fellow.

Mr. Simpson utilizes that knowledge to aggressively advocate on behalf of his clients’ best interests, whether at the negotiation table or in the courtroom
