Scott Simpson is a partner at Menken Simpson & Rozger LLP, New York City, New York. Completing his bachelor’s in history with honors from Haverford College, Mr. Simpson attended the University of Michigan Law School, where he obtained his law degree. He was a contributing editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and was the dean’s public service fellow. In 2009, the New York State Bar licensed him to practice in the state, and he was later admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Simpson has honed his skills over several years, working as a trial attorney and supervising attorney at several firms before joining Menken Simpson & Rozger LLP. He has also served as a faculty member at the Defenders Academy. He commenced his legal journey as an intern to the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Washington.
