Steven Wallach

Steven I. Wallach is of counsel at Radulescu LLP in New York, New York. Mr. Wallach focuses his practice on intellectual-property litigation. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, is a Certified Licensing Professional, and in addition to litigation has extensive experience with licensing, opinions, procurement, and transactions on matters involving patents, copyrights, and trademarks.

In over 30 years of practice, Mr. Wallach's clients have included individuals, startups, small- and medium-sized businesses, multinational corporations, and universities. His patent experience includes prosecuting and litigating complex cases involving various technologies, including medical devices, computer and radio networks, client-server systems, printers, business methods, and software.

Over the years, Mr. Wallach has participated in numerous bench and jury trials and argued before federal and state appeals courts, as well as before the U.S. International Trade Commission. He is familiar with all aspects of litigation, including discovery, Markman hearings, and procedural, pretrial, posttrial, and dispositive motions. He has also written and contributed to numerous amicus briefs to the Federal Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court, especially in the area of patent-eligible subject matter.

Mr. Wallach graduated cum laude from The Polytechnic Institute of New York, now known as New York University's Tandon School of Engineering; his bachelor’s degree is in electrical engineering with a concentration in computer science. He received his law degree from the George Washington University Law School. He holds a license to practice law before all New York state courts.

In addition, Mr. Wallach is qualified to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, the Northern District of California and the District of Columbia; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and the Federal Circuits; and the Supreme Court of the United States.
