T. Edward (Eddie) Williams

T. Edward (Eddie) Williams is a partner at Williams LLP, which is located in New York, New York. His adeptness also covers complex bankruptcy cases and international arbitration. He has notably represented both American and international companies in critical cases involving the Defend Trade Secrets Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

One of the standout moments in Mr. Williams’ career was his representation of a group of founders in a heated shareholder dispute over the control of a transportation company. In another noteworthy case, he successfully represented a joint venture in an oil and gas title dispute, with his clients receiving titles valued at $19 million.

Mr. Williams began his legal journey by establishing his own practice in 2011. He has since partnered with both national and Denver-based law firms before returning to his own firm. His academic journey took root at Mercer University, where he studied ancient political theory and engaged with the Great Books curriculum. He earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as a Judicial Fellow to Honorable Justice Gregory Hobbs of the Colorado Supreme Court and interned with the Honorable Judge Robert M. Russel of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
